 , directly applicable tools for strategic innovation management and strate
 gy-led research & innovation (R&I) processes. Concepts such as Simple Rule
 s for complex situations and Time-Pacing will be briefly outlined theoreti
 cally and explained by means of application examples from applied research
 \, business or public organizations\, before practical tools such as the '
 Time-Pacing Diamond' and the 'Ideas2Innovation-Funnel' will be presented a
 nd directly applied by the participants in associated exercises. Participa
 nts learn the basics of strategic innovation management and leave with pra
 ctical and directly applicable tools. A workshop offered by the Bonn Gradu
