MondayTheme night: Flow Cytometry 2025
Join us for another ThemeNight, jointly organized by the Bonner Forum Biomedizin, the Bonn Technology Campus, the TRA Life & Health and the Postdoc-Orga team from the ImmunoSensation Cluster. Speakers: Dr. Oliver Burton (University of Cambridge, United Kingdom) - Tips & Tricks for Spectral Flow Cytometry Dr. Lorenzo Bonaguro and Jacqueline Leidner (DZNE Bonn) - High Dimensional Cytometry analysis with the cyCONDOR ecosystem Come by and listen to Dr. Oliver Burton (author of the blog "Colibri Cytometry") sharing some useful tricks and tips you can implement in your workflow to maximise the outcome of your (spectral) flow cytometry experiments. Afterwards, Dr. Lorenzo Bonaguro and Jacqueline Weidner will introduce their very own cyCONDOR platform, a data analysis tool for the interpretation of high dimensional flow data. Stick around after the talks for a networking session with some pizza and drinks. Looking forward seeing you there!
