Medical Faculty at the University of Bonn
The Faculty of Medicine has been an essential part of Bonn's alma mater since the founding of the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in 1818. It focuses on the practical and research-oriented education of its students, internationally relevant research and its transfer into medical application. It cooperates closely with the University Hospital Bonn as the central institution for medical care in the south of North Rhine-Westphalia. Together they form the University Medicine Bonn, a strong performance symbiosis with the goal of conducting research, teaching and medical care at the highest level. The Dean's Office is the central management unit of the faculty. Its task consists of coordinating medical teaching and research at the University of Bonn.

The Dean's Office of the Medical Faculty is located in Building 33 (between the Women's Clinic and the canteen) on the 1st floor. Information on how to reach the Dean's Office, the University Hospital and its facilities in Bonn's city center can be found here.
If you are coming by car, please use the parking facilities in the parking garage "Parkhaus Mitte" (see signs).
Arriving by Bus and Train
There are two bus lines (600 and 601) that connect Bonn's central station with the campus of the University Hospital. From the bus stops "Uniklinikum Nord" and "Uniklinikum Hauptpforte" you can reach our office on foot. Bus schedules can be found on the website of the public transport VRS.
