Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct of the Medical Faculty of the University of Bonn is binding for students, teaching staff, and employees. It defines shared values and expectations for everyday interaction and aims to help create a respectful, professional, inclusive, and discrimination-free environment. Especially within a medical faculty, where people from diverse professional, cultural, and personal backgrounds work closely together, a clear framework for communication, collaboration, and mutual respect is of particular importance. The Code of Conduct strengthens trust within the Medical Faculty, promotes a positive culture of learning, teaching, and working, and at the same time supports high ethical and professional standards in studies, teaching, research, and clinical practice.
