A full day of Flow Cytometry lectures for beginners and advanced users.
We start with a beginner session between 10am and 1pm, wich covers the basics of flow cytometry like:
components of a flow cytometer
gating
fluorescence
compensation
controls
blocking
fluorescent dyes

In the afternoon session we plan to cover advance topics like:
spectral cytometry
image based cell sorting
panel design
tips and tricks to improve complex multicolor applications
needful tools for cytometry
basics of multi parametric data analysis
