Service & Costs
The Collaborative Prototyping Core Facility provides many service from 3D printing and CNC Maching to equipment modification and refurbishment. The necessities of each project are individual and thus total cost is subject to a quoting process after your initial consult. However, a brief overview of certain costs can be found below.
Consult Hours
Do you need help integrating multiple devices into a reproducible, easy to use data aquisition setup? Do you have questions about getting your research started, what equipment would be necessary, or how your current apparatus could be modified to better suit your research needs? Contact us to book an hour of our time and talk about any and all questions you have. We can go over your needs and even teach you the basics of design so you can make self directed progress.

3D Printing
We have both Filament and Liquid Resin printers at our facility with a large library of specialist materials. Prices below are for Standard Clear Resin or PLA. Contact us for quotes on Flexible, Biocompatable, Glass/Carbon Filled Engineering Plastics, ect.

Makerspace
Do you need a palce to tinker, prototype your own equipment, or access to lasercutting or 3D printing on a 24 hour basis? If so we offer access to our makerspace on a yearly subscription basis. This covers your associated lab, as well as gives you access to 20 consult hours per-annum to help you get the best training and use out of the available equipment.
