- Mobil phone connection might be insufficient at the meeting point, make sure to inform us about your exact arrival time
- Wait at the meeting point
- Handover your samples

Important information for sample submission:
Sample drop-off is by appointment only.
Before delivering your samples, you need to send us the sample submission form.
While we are generally flexible with timing, please note that we are not able to wait at the meeting point for extended periods. To ensure a smooth handover, call us as soon as you know your exact arrival time.
