Due to the wide range of NGS protocols and the variability in project requirements—such as application type, data volume, and read length—we are not able to provide a complete cost overview on the website.

For your orientation, here are some rough cost estimates for frequently requested NGS applications:

  • Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) (30x, 150bp PE) from 399€ per sample

  • Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) (60x, 150bp PE) from 175€ per sample

  • 3'mRNA-Seq or low-pass mRNA-Seq for expression profiling - from 100€ per sample

  • full-length (m)RNA-Seq for transcriptome analysis from 150€ per sample

  • protein profiling from 195€ per sample
