Injections and imaging are normally done together by our core facility manager and the user. The close teamwork will help the user a lot in the later interpration and analyses of the fish data as well as planing for the next steps of your experiment.

Zebrafish breeding
We breed the zebrafish line in our facility. Collect the eggs for you and keep them up to the desired time in our incubator. Price per line and breeding

Fishline keeping
We keep your adult zebrafish line in our facility, which also includes the breeding of new generations and daily care. Prices per tank (up to 20 adult fish per 3,5L) and month

Fishegg injection
We inject fish eggs together with you. We can inject DNA, RNA, proteins or morphoolinos. Afterwards we support you in subsequent experiments with protocols for your own use. On request, we can take over the microscopy of your fish larvae, otherwise our fluorescence microscope is available for you to use.

Cell Transplantation
Zebrafish larvae are transparent, which makes them perfect as a Xenograft modell. Cells (human or other) can be transplanted to different locations in the larva and the development of the cells can be followed in vivo. Treatment with various drugs is also possible.
The microscopic examination can be carried out by us, for an additional charge, or by the user himself.
